• Must not owe money to any other housing authority

To apply for housing:

1. Select and print the desired application.

2. Fill out the application completely and sign where appropriate.

3. The following documentation is required of each family member:

   1. Birth Certificate

   2. Social Security Card

   3. A photo ID or Driver’s License is required of each family member over 18

   4. Please do not send originals in the mail. Send a copy or stop by the office and we will make a copy.

4. Please let the housing authority know if you, or anyone in your family, have a disability that requires specific accommodation to fully utilize our programs or services.
